Our green tea is 100% organic and made from freshly harvested, young and tender leaves. The leaves undergo a pan frying process, which is common for Chinese green tea, for a richer taste and darker colour. Green tea is known for its antioxidant properties that have many natural health benefits. A typical cup of green tea contains about 20-30 mg of caffeine while a cup of coffee contains 100-180 mg.
How to use
Preparation Instructions: Put one tea bag in a 6 fluid ounce (177 ml) cup, add hot water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking it. Sweeten as desired—we recommend Prince of Peace® Honey Crystals™.
Try it iced: Pour 2 cups of hot water over 6 bags in a liter bowl. Cover the cup and let the bag soak for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Add two cups of cold water. Pour it over the snow.
